Privacy & Your Data

The short version

AgenticEd needs no account to use.
Your worksheet answers and progress are saved only in your own browser (localStorage) — they never leave your device.
We don't sell or share your data with advertisers.
We count anonymous page visits (no name, no persistent ID) to show real activity on the homepage — see details below.
If you submit our feedback form, we store what you enter and use it only to improve AgenticEd or reply to you.
You can delete browser-saved learning data in one click below, and request deletion of submitted feedback by email.

What we store, and where

When you fill in a worksheet, complete an activity, or track your portfolio, that text is saved in your browser's localStorage so you don't lose it on refresh. It stays on your device and is visible only to you. Clearing your browser data — or using the button below — removes it.

Feedback submissions

When you choose to submit feedback, we store the information you enter in our Supabase database. This may include your visitor role, country or region, optional organization, usage context, selected learning level and week, reported learner reach, completion status, self-reported confidence before and after use, project outcome, recommendation score, rating, written feedback, quote permission, optional attribution details, submission time, and optional email address.

We use this information to improve the curriculum and produce aggregate reports about AgenticEd's reach, adoption, and self-reported outcomes. We label survey-based results as self-reported. Your words are quoted only according to the permission you select; choosing aggregate-only use means your words will not be published as a quotation.

Providing identifying information or an email is optional unless you explicitly authorize an attributed quote. Feedback is not sold or shared with advertisers. To request deletion of a feedback submission, email hello@agenticed.org from the address included with the submission and describe the feedback.

Third-party AI tools

Some activities ask you to use free external tools (Claude, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Perplexity). Those are separate services with their own privacy policies. Anything you type into them is governed by their terms, not ours — so treat them accordingly and follow the guidance below.

For teachers — FERPA & student data

Student education records are protected under FERPA. To stay on the safe side:

Have students use non-identifying example data — a made-up persona or a public document — never real names, grades, or records.
Confirm any AI tool is on your district's approved list before requiring student accounts.
Prefer the teacher-projected mode (one shared demo, no student logins) when in doubt.

This clears every AgenticEd answer, activity result, and portfolio entry saved in this browser on this device. It can't be undone.
